After hearing about AAWDC’s support for Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) training through a friend, Britney Giggetts decided to reach out. Britney felt called to this career path due to her son having Hemophilia A and after participating in AAWDC workshops and completing CCMA training and an externship, she was able to pursue her desired career pathway. Britney started as a CCMA in May at Centennial Medical Group.
