This workshop is part of the Workplace Excellence Series and focuses on the importance of communicationability. Companies cannot succeed if employees do not communicate clearly. This workshop will help participants gain tools to improve verbal and nonverbal communication, learn the importance of active listening and get tips for effective greetings and introductions.
